Your Role
As our Bartender, you’ll curate farm-inspired cocktails and mocktails, provide warm hospitality, and contribute to a bar program that highlights local flavors and handcrafted techniques.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and serve seasonally inspired cocktails and mocktails using ingredients sourced from our farm and local producers.
Engage guests with a welcoming, educational, and interactive bar experience.
Create house-made syrups, infusions, shrubs, and other craft bar ingredients.
Maintain an organized, clean, and fully stocked bar.
Assist in pairing beverages with our seasonal farm-to-table menus.
Ensure responsible alcohol service and maintain all safety and compliance standards.
Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate new drink concepts based on seasonal harvests.
What We’re Looking For
A passion for farm-to-glass mixology and a love of experimenting with seasonal flavors.
Experience in bartending, craft cocktails, or beverage program development.
Strong guest engagement skills—you enjoy sharing your knowledge and making every drink an experience.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent service.
Knowledge of wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverage trends is a plus.
Ability to lift 25-50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Server – Create Memorable Dining Experiences
Warm hospitality meets farm-to-table excellence.
Do you love connecting with guests, sharing the story behind a meal, and providing exceptional service? As a Server at Walker Homestead, you’ll guide guests through our seasonal menus, farm-inspired beverages, and curated dining experiences.
What You’ll Do
Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly service to all guests.
Explain seasonal menus, wine pairings, and farm-to-table offerings.
Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Maintain clean and organized service areas.
Assist in event setup, breakdown, and execution as needed.
What We’re Looking For
A passion for hospitality, food, and wine.
Prior serving experience in a restaurant or event setting preferred.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A warm, positive attitude and a team-first mentality.

Event Assistant – Help Bring Special Moments to Life
Behind every great event is a team that makes it happen.
Do you enjoy creating beautiful, seamless experiences for guests? As an Event Assistant, you’ll help set up, coordinate, and execute weddings, farm dinners, and private events in a picturesque farm setting.
What You’ll Do
Assist with event setup and breakdown (tables, décor, signage, etc.).
Provide guest support during events, ensuring a smooth experience.
Work with servers and bartenders to deliver timely food and beverage service.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming event space.
Support the event coordinator in ensuring everything runs on schedule.
What We’re Looking For
Energetic and proactive individuals with a keen eye for detail.
Experience in hospitality, events, or food service is a plus but not required.
Ability to adapt to changing needs and work well under pressure.
Must be able to lift 30+ lbs., work on your feet for extended hours, and be available evenings/weekends.

What You’ll Do
Clean dishes, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
