Vegetable Literacy - Preserving Summer - Date TBD


This class is at the height of production for a reason. We will be walking the class though many techniques of preservation, from canning to drying, salting and pickling. This hands-on class is for eaters and cooks. Over the 4-hour class we will open our kitchen to you and share the endless opportunities these delicious vegetables hold. And of course throughout the class and towards the end we will share a meal together.
