In this class we come close and are grateful for how our food comes to us. You will learn the method of killing a chicken for food. Our chicken's are pasture raised in open fields. They spend the majority of their lives on this land and this is where it ends, calmly and humanely, with thankful hands.

Anyone who wants to seriously learn how to harvest chickens for meat, stocks,  schmaltz, will want to take this class.
