Each order is for 12 oz. and serves 4.

Bring salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until everybody is floating, 2-4 minutes. Strain and serve.

This semolina (egg-free) handmade pasta dough is one of my favorite things to make. I use two flours, caputo (also known as double zero) and semolina, water, and salt. 4 simple ingredients that can be shaped into an endless variety of shapes for the season or dish you’re in the mood for.
